At Cult Gaia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return package.
Package and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original Cult Gaia box or similar protective packaging and drop off the shipment at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
