What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that sale items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the package.
How do I care for my Cult Gaia accessories?
To maintain the quality of your items, we recommend storing handbags in their signature dust bags and avoiding direct contact with water, oils, and harsh chemicals. For specific material care, please refer to the care card included in your packaging.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please double-check your shipping address and item selection before completing your purchase.
